After confirming the deletion, the website will ask you to provide feedback and the reason for account deletion. After filling out the feedback form with your reasons, click on the 'Delete' button. Immediately after this, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.


After entering the OTP, your request to delete your account will be validated. Upon successful OTP validation, your account will be deleted permanently from the DigiLocker system.
